Questions
What plumbing work do you take on?
Repairs and small works: leaks, taps, seals, slow drainage and related fittings. If a job needs a specialist beyond that, we will say so.
Do you provide a quote before arriving to do the work?
We confirm the appointment and return an itemised quote, usually within the hour of understanding the job. Work starts once you agree.
Can this be arranged for a rented property?
Yes. Landlords, tenants and property managers can book. Reports are written so they can be passed on.
Do you handle emergency leaks?
Yes. Call or WhatsApp us and we'll respond within the hour. Out-of-hours callouts are available subject to technician availability, at a higher call-out fee.
Is there a call-out fee?
Yes, a standard call-out fee applies, with a higher fee outside normal hours. Any repair is quoted before work starts.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get in, through building security, a concierge, a key or someone at home, you don't need to be there. We'll send you the photos and report afterwards.
Why is there no price online?
Every job is different, so we quote properly once we know what's needed. The quote is free.
