What counts as handyman work?
Fixtures, mounting, flat-pack and general assembly, minor carpentry, door and window adjustments, sealing and small installations.
Can I send a list of jobs?
Yes. Send the list on WhatsApp or through the form. We will come back with what we can cover and a quote.
Do you work in holiday homes?
Yes. Property managers and holiday-home operators use Arcta for exactly this kind of turnaround work, with a report after the visit.
How do you charge for handyman work?
A fixed price per job. Send us your list and we'll quote each item before we arrive, so you know the total upfront with no hourly surprises.
Do you bring the tools and materials?
Yes. We bring all the tools, plus screws, fixings and wall plugs. You just supply the item itself, such as the TV bracket, curtains or the furniture to be assembled.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get in, through building security, a concierge, a key or someone at home, you don't need to be there. We'll send you the photos and report afterwards.
